Terms and Conditions
Your furniture will arrive wrapped from the manufacturer. It is relatively easy to unwrap provided you have scissors! However we can also offer an unwrapping and/or disposal service for an additional charge.
The charges are £25 to unwrap the furniture. If required they will also happily load the unwanted packaging into your car, at no extra charge. For an additional £40, they will take the packaging to a local recycling centre. This ideally needs to be confirmed prior to the booking, allowing our drivers time to complete requirements, as requested. The total to pay for both services would be £65.
Please note we do need to charge for these services as we are a small company and do not make any profit on these costs.

All Daro furniture comes with a 2 year warranty on frames. Please register your guarantee upon delivery of your furniture through the Daro website.
Please notify Crofton Cane immediately if there are any problems with your furniture upon unwrapping. This is in order to validate your claim.
The balance of your furniture order must be paid before delivery. Payment can be made in person, or over the telephone by card. If you would like to pay by BACS we will give you a free bottle of premium wine.
If there are any faults or damage to your furniture order, we will repair or replace your item as per the terms of your guarantee. We do not offer returns on items if there is nothing wrong with the furniture and you have changed your mind. There is no legal requirement for this. To avoid any disappointment, we do encourage you to choose carefully. There is a no pressure environment in our showroom to allow you to take all the time you need to choose your cane furniture.
